FAQ's
An Elio Evan account brings order history, saved addresses and personal preferences together in one place, so each purchase and any return is simpler. An account is not required to place an order, but it keeps everything in order for the next one.
Select "Account" in the top menu, then "Create an account". A name, an email address and a password are all that is needed; a confirmation follows by email.
A registered customer can follow the status of an order, review previous purchases, save delivery addresses for faster checkout, keep a wishlist and receive notifications on availability.
Yes. All personal details, addresses and preferences can be updated at any time from the account section.
Select "Forgot your password?" on the login page and follow the instructions sent by email to set a new one.
The newsletter can be joined from the field at the foot of any page. Every email also carries an unsubscribe link, so leaving the list takes a single click.
Elio Evan follows a GDPR-compliant privacy policy in line with EU regulation. The full text is available on the Privacy page.
Elio Evan accepts the local payment methods available in each country, together with Klarna. Cash on delivery and bank transfer are not available.
Where Klarna is available, payment can be split or deferred according to Klarna's terms, shown at checkout.
Yes. Every order is invoiced, so please make sure the billing details entered are correct.
No further charges arise within the European Union. For destinations outside the EU, any duties or local taxes are estimated and shown at checkout.
Confirm that the card number and security code (CVV) are entered correctly and that the card has not expired. If everything is correct and the payment is still declined, the card issuer or payment provider can advise.
An order can be placed as a registered customer, with all the benefits that brings, or as a guest. Add the chosen pieces to the cart and follow the steps at checkout.
A confirmation email follows every order. If it does not arrive, please check the spam folder or write to info@elioevan.com.
Each stage, from preparation to dispatch, is confirmed by email. Registered customers can also follow the status from the account page.
A confirmed order is difficult to change, though it may be possible depending on timing. Once an order has been dispatched, it can only be returned on receipt.
No. Once an order is confirmed it cannot be added to; a separate order can be placed for the additional pieces.
Each line is developed in the Elio Evan studio, where cut is treated as a study of anatomy. Fabrics are of Japanese and Italian origin, and the garments are made in Italy.
Each product page carries the Elio Evan size and fit guide. The Size & Fit Guide gives measurements and advice on how each piece is intended to sit.
Most pieces are held in stock. A small part may be offered on pre-order while in production, particularly for limited pieces.
Each garment carries a care label with precise instructions for its materials. The Care Guide sets out the general approach by category.
Within the European Union, shipping is complimentary on orders over €300; below €300 the cost is calculated at checkout. For the rest of the world, shipping is calculated by delivery address at checkout.
For destinations outside the EU, an estimate of duties and import taxes is shown at checkout. Actual amounts may vary by country and are handled with the carrier on arrival.
